After 6 slices yesterday and 2 today idt no matter how many cals I burn it’s not going to be enough…
1) I’ve had lots of salt lately=bloated
2)pizza yesterday & today=bloated
3)TMI is coming

๐Ÿ˜‚ it was my goodbye pie and it happened and I don’t really regret it lol one slice had buffolo sauce and I had 2 garden delights (veggie pie) & 3 sausage and caramelized onion โ˜บ๏ธ got a killer workout tomorrow and I’m going to eat as clean as I can with the limitted food I have left at home and thank god I ate light today till now


Also had 1 pick of cheese and 3 ronis I’m actually proud of today ๐Ÿ˜‚

I’ve had 4/5 handfuls of these pretzel pieces…I keep thinking when I get to school…things like this won’t happen..I won’t have snacks like this to snack on..I KNOW there will be NO pb&j snacking and no quests so I’m hoping going to school will be like…a fresh new start โ˜บ๏ธand till I figure out what my day to day schedule will be..workouts will be small….but I’m really hoping being away will stop the bad habits and I can start losing weight…might try not tracking for a week too..
